Aaron has been in the food industry for the past twenty five years.  Starting at his family produce wholesale business, he learned about where our food comes from and how it is grown from an early age.  Building on this platform Aaron developed a passion for all things about food including chocolate!  Later Aaron honed his skills in the food industry, working at Sysco Foods as a Marketing Associate where he built and maintained relationships with restaurants, hotels and food manufacturers.  By developing menu ideas and calculating food costs Aaron helped ensure profitability for their establishments. Through following market trends and a genuine love of food, Aaron is more than ready to assist you with your Northleaf needs.

Lindsay Brock is the managing partner of Northleaf Foods.  Lindsay has an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a Certified Management Accounting designation.  Lindsay is passionate about entrepreneurship, small business management and, of course, chocolate and all it's applications!
